- Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as guides to our customers only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
- Color description should only be used as a guide. Some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in color variations shown on the website / social media handles

Return & Exchange Policy:
We strive to provide the best quality swimwear, and we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for unused items, subject to our review. Exchanges can be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is unused and the hygiene sticker and tag are still attached.
Upon our team's approval, you will be presented with three options:
- Exchange for a different size
- Receive store credit
- Swap for a different bikini
In cases of damaged goods upon receipt, please contact us immediately at ellathelabelph@gmail.com.
ellá is not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
By submitting an order, the customer agrees to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
